		<description>those libraries &amp; schools that are budget crunched and have students who need audiobooks for a physical reason (blind, low vision, physical, dyslexia) can have their students sign up for the National Library Service for the Blind &amp; Physically Handicapped (www.loc.gov/nls)

I&#039;m at a regional library (NJ Library for the Blind &amp; Handicapped, LBH) and we have audiobooks that are not commercially available. It&#039;s all free, and they also offer books &amp; magazines that can be downloaded over the Internet. Email me if you want more details.</description>
